JOSCE

At the centre of JOSCE is vocalist Johanna Korolainen. Her powerful interpretation and melodic instinct give the songs their emotional direction — a way of expressing what cannot always be put into words.

Producer Elmeri Kinnunen builds the music and visual world alongside her. Based in Kiuruvesi, Finland, the duo writes, composes, plays and records every song together from start to finish.

Their sound moves through dark-toned pop rock and cinematic soundscapes. Clean guitars, piano and synthesizers meet down-tuned seven-string arrangements, bluesy repetition and a weight that can turn quiet intimacy into full intensity.

JOSCE is an independent creative partnership in the fullest sense. The same shared vision continues beyond the studio: Johanna and Elmeri plan, shape and film their own visual stories, making every release feel like a complete world rather than just a song.
